Can Grepolis detect automation?
No one can guarantee that automation is undetectable. Automation may break Grepolis rules and may put the game account at risk. Decide whether to use it with that risk in mind.
What is my token tied to?
The first time you use it, your token is tied to:
- one Grepolis player name; and
- one language server, such as
en,de, orfr.
That player can then use it on every world of the same language server.
Can I share my token?
No. Another player, or the same player on another language server, gets an error. If someone else has seen your token, create a new one on the Dashboard and enter it with the key button in the Hub.
Can I use more than one computer?
Yes. Install the loader on each computer and use the same token. Your settings are saved on the Grepomat server, so they follow you. If two devices change the same setting, the last change wins.
Does Grepomat run with the tab minimized?
Usually, but browsers can slow down or freeze tabs in the background. For Commander orders, Herald dodges, and anything else that must happen on time, keep the Grepolis tab open and the computer awake.
Why did automation pause after I clicked something in Grepolis?
Pause after game actions (in Senate) keeps Grepomat out of your way while you play: after you build, recruit, research, trade, cast a power, or send troops yourself, background jobs wait for a few seconds. You choose how long with Resume after.
Moving the mouse, scrolling, or browsing the map does not start the pause. A banner shows when jobs continue. Herald, Commander, and Sorceress keep working.
What does Night Sleep pause?
Night Sleep pauses background modules during the hours you set, without switching them off. New players start with Night Sleep on from 00:25 to 07:14 (server time); change or remove it in the Night Sleep tab. Herald, Commander, and Sorceress keep working.
What happens when access ends?
The €5.99 package gives you all available modules for 30 days. Nothing renews automatically; buy more time under Access & Modules whenever you like. Sorceress or Auto Village time bought separately in the past stays valid until it runs out. Treasurer and Island Quests are temporarily unavailable.
Can I pay for two months at once?
Yes. Each €5.99 payment adds 30 days, up to 12 blocks in one payment. Two payments now give 60 days; buying while access is still active adds the 30 days after your current end date. These are fixed 30-day blocks, not calendar months.
Do settings sync between worlds?
Settings are saved for each world separately. Per-city settings and queues belong to their own world and city, so check which world and city you are on before editing a queue.
What happens if the Grepomat server is unavailable?
The Hub shows a reconnecting message and automation waits until the connection is back. Grepomat keeps retrying on its own. Do not count on timed actions during an outage.
How are updates installed?
Automatically. Every time you open or reload Grepolis, the loader fetches the latest version. You do not need to reinstall anything.
Which browsers should I use?
Chrome, Firefox, or Edge with Tampermonkey or Violentmonkey. Other Chromium browsers may work but are not the main test targets.
Where can I report a problem?
Include your Grepolis world, what you did, what you expected, what happened instead, and a screenshot if you can.
