Task Queue 📋

Task Queue shows what Grepomat is doing, what is waiting, and why.

Access: Base

Automation jobs

The top section lists the recurring work of each module, such as Collector, Builder, Recruiter, Researcher, Trader, Wonder, Auto Village, Bandit Camp, and Gold Market.

Each job shows its status, for example scheduled, running, paused, or waiting. When a job is paused or waiting, the reason is written below it. Use the filters to see only active jobs or only the ones that need your attention.

Run now checks that module straight away instead of waiting for its next turn. It never skips safety checks: if an order still cannot start, it simply stays queued.

Pending actions

The next section lists the individual actions waiting to happen, such as:

  • build one building level;
  • recruit a number of units;
  • research a technology;
  • send resources; or
  • cast a power.

Choose Grouped to combine repeated actions or All to see every item. You can also show one city at a time.

Needs review

If Grepolis closes while an action is being sent, Grepomat cannot always tell whether it went through. Instead of guessing and possibly doing it twice, the item is marked Needs review.

  • Click Retry only after checking in Grepolis that the action did not happen.
  • Click Already done if it did happen, to remove it without repeating it.

Common waiting reasons

  • Paused: Night Sleep or Pause after game actions is active. Jobs continue automatically afterwards.
  • Waiting for the server connection: Grepomat is reconnecting. Nothing is lost; it continues once connected.
  • Browser storage is unavailable: your browser is blocking storage (for example a private window or a strict privacy setting). Grepomat needs it to run queued actions safely. Use a normal window or allow site data for Grepolis.
  • The server has not enabled this module yet: wait a moment or reload Grepolis.

Several tabs

Only one Grepolis tab runs the queue for a world at a time. If that tab is closed, another open tab takes over after a short delay.

Each world has its own queue. An order from one world never runs in another.

Pauses

Night Sleep and Pause after game actions pause background jobs without switching modules off. Herald, Commander, and Sorceress keep working during these pauses.
