Collector 🌾

Collector gathers resources from your farming villages on a schedule.

Access: Base

Set it up

  1. Open the Hub and select Collector.
  2. Choose a Collection frequency. Disabled stops collection everywhere.
  3. Choose the Collection efficiency (70% by default).
  4. Set up any of the optional tasks below.
  5. In Collector - Per-city overrides, leave a city on Global, give it its own frequency, or turn it off.
  6. Go back to Senate and switch Collector on.
  7. Open Task Queue to check that Collector is scheduled.

Collection frequency

The choices match the timers Grepolis offers for your villages, and they change when the Booty research is done.

Collector waits for the chosen time, then adds a random 0–45 seconds. A 5-minute frequency therefore collects every 5:00–5:45, never faster.

Collection efficiency

Efficiency makes Collector skip some rounds on purpose, so it looks less regular. At 70%, each round has a 70% chance to collect and a 30% chance to be skipped. You can choose from 30% to 100%.

Captain

The Grepolis Captain is optional. With Captain, all villages are collected in one go. Without it, Collector visits them one by one, which is slower. The Senate tab shows which mode you are in.

Optional tasks

Automatic cultural events

Choose Festival only, Triumphal march only, Olympic Games only, Festival + Triumphal march, or off. Normal Grepolis costs and requirements apply; Olympic Games need Academy level 30 and 50 gold.

Automatic cave

Choose how full the warehouse must be (30%, 50%, 70%, or 90%) before silver goes into the cave, and how much to store. Cities can have their own cave settings.

Stop if warehouse full

Tick wood, stone, or silver. Collector skips a city when a ticked resource is already full.

Market offers

Collector can put excess resources on the Grepolis market. You need Trader access, Trader switched on, and a market of at least level 2. Set:

  • Trigger threshold: how full the warehouse must be before an offer is made;
  • Offer cap: the most resources per offer; and
  • Exchange rates: what you ask for in return.

These are market offers to other players. Moving resources between your own cities is done by Trader.

Notifications

Display notifications shows a message after each collection. Turn it off for quieter sessions.

If it does not collect

Check the collection frequency, the city's override, the village timers, Stop if warehouse full, any active pause, and Task Queue.
